WHERE WE WORK

Our Coverage Across Devon, Cornwall & the South West

Hobbs Home Building Co. serve homeowners across Devon and Cornwall, delivering extensions, home renovations and new builds from Plymouth and the South Hams to Tavistock and beyond. Find your area below.

We’re a family-run building company based in the South West, and our work takes us right across Devon and Cornwall. Over more than a decade, we’ve built lasting relationships with homeowners in Plymouth, Plymstock, Plympton, Ivybridge, South Hams, Tavistock, Saltash, Yelverton and many of the villages and towns in between. Wherever you are in the region, you’ll receive the same dedicated team and the same high standard of work.

Being genuinely local matters to us. We understand the character of South West properties — from Victorian terraces and Edwardian semis to exposed rural homes and coastal builds — and we know the planning landscape, typical construction challenges and local supplier networks that come with working in this part of the country. That local knowledge underpins everything we do, from the first site visit to the final handover.
