We prepare the site, complete all groundworks and lay foundations before constructing the structural frame, steelwork and brickwork, then onto ensuring the extension is weather-tight.
First fix plumbing and electrics, insulation, plasterboarding and plastering. This is the stage that underpins the quality of the finish and where our experienced approach really counts.
Second fix electrics, plumbing, flooring, joinery, decoration and all final details are completed before a snag check. We walk you through the finished space, resolve every item on the list and hand over.
