WHERE WE WORK

Our Coverage Across the South Hams and South Devon

The South Hams is one of Devon’s most varied and beautiful areas, a patchwork of coastal towns, estuary villages, market towns and open countryside, each with its own character and its own building challenges. We have vast experience working across the full district, including Kingsbridge, Totnes, Dartmouth, Salcombe, Ivybridge, Modbury, Yealmpton, Thurlestone and the many villages and hamlets throughout the area.

Our local knowledge means we understand the planning context, the typical property styles and the practical constraints of building in this part of Devon. Being based in Plymouth, just on the northern edge of the South Hams, means we’re genuinely local — short travel times, no inflated call-out costs and real familiarity with the area. We’re also listed on our locations page alongside the other areas across Devon and Cornwall that we regularly serve, and our recent projects include work completed right across South Devon.

We’re a small, family-run team, which means you’ll always speak to someone who genuinely knows your project — not a call handler or a salesperson, but the people who’ll be on site building your home. Get in touch by phone or email and we’ll come back to you promptly.
